Description
David, king of Scots, has given his faithful Donald MacNair, the land of 'Estirfossache' (in Foss, PER) in the apdaine ('abthane') of Dull (PER), which was Hugh Barclay of Kippo's, and which Hugh resigned to the king at Perth on 24 Oct., AD 1370; holding in feu and heritage, as freely as Hugh held it, for service owed and wont.
