Edward, king of Scots, grants the lands of late William de Eughless, rebel, to William Duresme, burgess and merchant of Darlington, as to the extent of £40 yearly. He and his heirs are to answer at the exchequer of Scotland for anything in excess of that amount, for services due to the chief lords.
