Edward, king of Scots, has appointed Lord Alexander de Moubray and Lord John of Felton as his special procurators and attorneys, and gives them authority to carry out the terms of perpetual peace agreed between the kingdoms of England and Scotland at Roxburgh on 23 Nov. 1332.
