Description
Edward, king of Scots, makes and constitutes Edward, king of England and France, his heir to the kingdom and crown of Scotland, including the islands of the sea, and all the regalities, lordships, lands, possessions, and rights pertaining to it, as well as those in England and Galloway, and he transfers all of these to Edward and his heirs and assigns forever, and he gives, grants and confirms to Edward the kingdom and crown of Scotland with all its pertinents, and releases and quitclaims them forever.
