[COLDINGHAM EXTENT CONT.] LAMBERTON (BWK) {on the dorse of the roll}: Lord Henry of Halliburton holds two ploughgates in Lamberton, paying in rent annually 15s 4d, and performing 15 works at the manor of Ayton, in autumn, and he will plough and harrow one bondacre, make one suit at the court of the aforesaid Prior, and forinsec service to the lord King and Prior. Lord Ingram holds in the same one ploughgate of land paying yearly in rent 7s 8d at the three terminals, and making nine works in the autumn, ploughing and harrowing and performing forinsec, as above. Henry de Pomaro and Jordan de Pomario (apple orchard, same men as Henry and Jordan of the Orchard elsewhere) holds one ploughgate and a half of land paying in rent 11s 6d yearly, performing 12 works, ploughing, harrowing and making forinsec, as above. William de Hessewell holds one ploughgate and two oxgangs, paying in rent 9s 7d yearly and making nine works in autumn, ploughing, harrowing and making all forinsec, as above.
