Robert, bishop of St Andrews, for the church of St Laurence of Berwick upon Tweed; has granted, in right of parish, the increase which abbot and convent of Kelso gave, namely teinds and rest of rights belonging to church, a ploughgate of land, fishery and a toft which they have in Berwick.
