Roger, bishop of St Andrews, for his burgesses of St Andrews; has granted liberties which they had in time of Bishop Richard of milling and going out in length and breadth by three ancient and accustomed exits from villa of St Andrews, and common pasture which they had from Bishop Richard. He grants also a free guild merchant in villa of St Andrews.
