Description
Roger, bishop-elect of St Andrews, for his burgesses of St Andrews; has given a market on land [belonging to] Lambin where it was erected in time of Bishops Richard and Hugh, rendering annually to bishop and his successors one pound of pepper. He also grants that burgesses may transfer cross from place where Clochin had been to land of Lambin and to place where market was formerly, namely, in time of Bishops Richard and Hugh.
