Description
Hugh, bishop of Aberdeen, for William of Tottenhall, his man; with consent of his chapter, has given, in feu and heritage, two ploughgates of land in Kennethmont (later Ardlair, ABD) that Earl David had given Bishop Matthew and church of Aberdeen, to be held by all service and exactions, rendering 2 marks yearly, that is, one mark at Pentecost and one mark at Martinmas.
