Description
The chapter of Dunblane has ratified the judgment of the papal judges-delegate, W[illiam], bishop, Sir H[ugh], dean, and Sir R[obert], treasurer of Glasgow, concerning the case between Dunblane and the monastery of Lindores, though the arbitration of W[illiam], bishop of St Andrews, of good memory, concerning the church of Muthill (PER), as contained in the judges’ sentence. The chapter also approves and ratifies the amicable agreement made with their consent between Sir C[lement], bishop [of Dunblane], in the name of the church of Muthill, and Sir J[ohn], abbot of Lindores, in the name of his monastery, concerning the teinds of Wester Feddal (PER), Beannie (PER) and ‘Concrag’ (?PER)as contained in the document between both parties.
