Description
Robert of Bernham, rector of Tyninghame (ELO), has granted and by his charter established to Coldstream Priory 1 mark yearly rent in pure and perpetual alms, paid from Roger, son of Martin the weaver, for a certain land which Roger held of Robert at feuferme which lies within the villa of Berwick in Crossgate, between the land of Arthur on one side, and John Gray on the other.
