Andrew, bishop of Moray, for Arbroath Abbey; has granted church of Inverness (INV) and church of Aberchirder (Marnoch, BNF) with one davoch of land. They may present suitable vicars to bishop and his successors who shall answer for temporalities and spiritual dues, saving episcopal dues and saving tenures of those who are vicars there, for their lifetimes.
