Description
Gilbert, bishop of Dunkeld, recites a letter from Pope Gregory [IX] to him, concerning a plea from Dunfermline Abbey about need for additional resources. By authority of this mandate, he grants to same monks church of Moulin (PER) when it shall first become vacant, for their own uses, presenting a suitable vicar to him and his successors, who shall answer for spiritual dues and all episcopal dues.
