Description
William, bishop of St Andrews, because of discord between Dunfermline Abbey and vicars of Perth concerning statutes of vicarages, he directs that vicars who are in church of Perth shall answer for episcopal dues and all burdens pertaining to said church and they shall receive all oblations and teinds, rendering annually to house of Dunfermline 50 marks, retaining what is left over for themselves. Dunfermline Abbey may convert all other profits for their own uses.
