Description
Walter, bishop of Glasgow, announces that he has made abbot and convent of Paisley to be exempt from procurations and synodalia. He also has granted that its vicars may be held to present procurations to bishop or his successors from its other churches in diocese of Glasgow. From each of those churches they shall pay annually 4s. for synodalia.
