William, bishop of St Andrews, for St Andrews Priory; has granted church of Lathrisk (FIF) with chapel of Kettle (FIF), saving right of Roger de Huntingfield for his lifetime. After Roger's death, canons may present a suitable vicar who shall answer for spiritual dues.
