Description
Albin, bishop of Brechin, makes known that abbot and convent of Lindores have presented to him William Mitford for vicarage of Dundee (ANG), saving assessment of vicarage; bishop has admitted same Master William to same and afterwards on that day assigned assessment of vicarage, that is, on Monday before Carnisprivium, 1252. With counsel of good men, he has directed that said vicar receive all altarage of vicarage, rendering annually at Easter to abbot and convent 10 marks.
