David, bishop of St Andrews, for Holyrood Abbey; with council of clergy, has granted taxation of vicarages as assigned by William, archdeacon of Lothian and Master Alexander of Edinburgh, of churches of Airth (STL), 12 marks; 'Varia capella' (Falkirk, STL), 20 marks; Kinneil (WLO); Carriden (WLO), 10 marks; Bathgate (WLO), 12 marks; St Cuthbert (MLO), 20 marks; Tranent (ELO), £12; Bolton (ELO), 10 marks, making note that if above is not sufficient, said clergy may supplement it with goods from churches. He also grants that churches of Mount Lothian (MLO) and Whitekirk (Hamer, ELO) may be served by suitable chaplains.
