Description
King Alexander II for Arbroath Abbey; has granted one full toft outwith his burgh of Perth, just as it was perambulated for them between two gates. He grants that men remaining on that land may have common [rights] to buy and sell in burgh of Perth with his burgesses, as charter of King William, his father, bears witness.
