King Alexander II has granted convention made between abbot and convent of Arbroath, for one part, and Robert son of Warnebald, and his wife, Richenda, daughter of Humphrey Barclay, for other, concerning all of inheritance which belonged to Humphrey Barclay, her father, in Scotia, which Robert and Richenda are to hold of abbot and convent, as charter made between parties bears witness
