King Alexander II for chapel of St Nicholas by the bridge of Spey (at Boat o' Brig in Boharm, BNF); has given 4 marks yearly from ferme of his mills at Nairn (NAI), to maintain a chaplain and a clerk. He instructs that fermer of mills see that they have these 4 marks half at Pentecost and half at Martinmas.
