Prior Malbride and céli Dé of chapter of Brechin, note that Ralph, bishop of Brechin, with their counsel and assent, has granted to Arbroath Abbey, that when he comes on an official visit to certain churches in his diocese, namely, Maryton (Old Montrose, ANG), Guthrie (ANG), Panbride (ANG), Monikie (ANG), and Dunnichen (ANG), the procurement of his hospitality is to be delivered to none of them, but is to be made at the abbey where this can be done fittingly and honourably.
