Description
Prior John and convent of St Andrews make known that they have proffered their assent and consent to grant and confirmation which William, bishop of St Andrews, made to Dunfermline Abbey concerning their churches, possessions and all ecclesiastical benefices that Dunfermline holds in bishopric of St Andrews, as contained in his charter. Prior John has also ratified donation, grant and confirmation that David, bishop of St Andrews, made concerning churches of Kirkcaldy (FIF), Little Kinghorn (Burntisland) (FIF) and Woolmet (MLO), for their own uses and the sustenance of beggars, saving episcopal rights and customs.
