Description
Prior John and convent of St Andrews announce that, through Brother Richard, their fellow canon and appointed procurator to Holy See, they have obtained apostolic letters by bishop of Brechin, abbot of Arbroath and prior of May proroguing case at papal court brought by chapter against David, bishop of St Andrews and céli Dé of chapel of St Mary, concerning prebends of chapter and fruits and pertinents of same, within fifteen [days?] after feast of apostles Peter and Paul, 1253, in presence of lord pope.
