Abbot Robert and convent of Arbroath for St Andrews Priory; have granted donation which Roger Wyrfaud made of all land of Hugh, son of Waltheof, in territory of Conveth (Laurencekirk, KCD), to be held by canons of St Andrews from Arbroath in fee and heritage with common pasture of Scotston (ABD), as stated in charter of Lady Richenda, daughter of Humphrey Barclay, made to Roger, saving service to king and rendering annually one pound of pepper at Pentecost
