Adam of Makerstoun, provost of St Mary's in city of St Andrews, and chaplain of pope, for Thomas, abbot of Lindores; by licence of Sir Gamelin, bishop of St Andrews, of good memory, as contained in his instrument, has resigned his church of Collessie (FIF) and all rights in that church which he had; contrary to which resignation and surrender he now promises that he will never take any action
