Description
Brother William, abbot of Balmerino, for William 'Welyeuyth'; with consent of chapter, has granted and demitted at feuferme a plot of land in burgh of Dundee situated between land of Roger del Wend on east and vennel on west; which land Norman 'of Castle Street' bestowed on them in pure and perpetual alms, to be held in feu and heritage, rendering 11s. yearly, and finding for abbot sufficient lodging there as often as he or brothers shall come to burgh and make use of their house.
