Description
Brother Laurence of 'Daleri' and brethren of Order of Holy Trinity at Aberdeen (Trinitarian Friary), make known that by licence of their minister and assent of chapter at Scotlandwell in 1273, an exchange was made with Sir Thomas le Boner', burgess of Aberdeen, of all that land as late Master Andrew donated them in Gren' Street that is called 'Maderyard', which land said Thomas donated to Carmelite brothers in Aberdeen in pure and perpetual alms, which donation Laurence and brothers now establish, warrant and defend.
