Prior German and the convent of Coldingham for Sir Patrick (III), earl of Dunbar; they have granted and leased at feuferme the priory's portion of the river called 'Aikieside Burn' from 'Swyneseteford' up to 'Elmedenmouth'. The earl has granted that neither he nor his heirs shall be able to claim any rights within priory's wood beyond said river.
