Description
Abbot Osbert and convent of Kelso testify that agreement between Roger, bishop-elect of St Andrews, and Prior Bertram and monks of Durham, in presence of William, king of Scots, and Earl David, his brother, and other good men of Edinburgh, concerning rights of churches which monks have in Lothian, was made and afterwards in presence of Roger, bishop of St Andrews on 25 Dec. 1200 in a synod at Musselburgh, was recited and agreed.
