Duncan, earl of Carrick, for North Berwick Priory; he has given, granted, and by this his present charter established, three marks of silver annually from the land of Berbeth (AYR), half on Whitsun and half on Martinmas, until such time as he can provide them with 2 ½ pennylands in a suitable place.
