Description
Patrick, earl of Dunbar, for Melrose Abbey; has granted that sale which Sir Patrick earl of Dunbar his father made of his whole stud that he had in feu of Lauder (BWK) on feast of death of St John Baptist (29 August), 1247. Furthermore, he has granted the grant and quitclaim that his father made to same abbey of his common land which he had for his stud.
