Description
Patrick, earl of Dunbar, has established the resignation and quitclaim which Sir Patrick his son made of the villa and demesne of Swinwood (BWK) with all its pertinents to Coldingham Priory, as contained in the charter of the said Patrick. For himself and his heirs, he quitclaims for ever any right which he or his predecessors had or might have had in that villa and demesne.
