P[atrick], earl of Dunbar, announces that Thomas, prior of Coldingham, and the convent of that place (Coldingham Priory), had owed him 100 marks for the quitclaim of the villa of Swinwood (BWK). He acknowledges receipt of that sum and quitclaims the said debt.
