Description
Adam of Kilconquhar, earl of Carrick, has given, granted and by his charter established to Elias of Kinninmonth his whole land of Balgrummo in the shire of Scoonie (FIF), for homage and service, by its right bounds, with all just pertinents and easements, holding as freely as Adam son of Odo held and possessed that land, for the third part of the service of one knight, for all secular service, exaction and demand.
