Description
Alexander Comyn, earl of Buchan, has given, granted, and by his present charter established to Fergus son of John of Fiddes the whole and integral holding of Fiddes (ABD), by its right bounds and with all its pertinents, in feu and heritage in perpetuity, as freely as any free man holds land of any earl or baron within the kingdom of Scotland, doing forinsec service of the lord king pertaining to that land, and rendering on Pentecost one half pound of wax for all secular service, exaction or demand.
