Description
Alan son of Roland, constable of Scotland, has granted, given, and established by this their present charter, to Holm Cultram Abbey that land which was formerly in contention between them (in Kirkgunzeon parish, between the Lawston Burn and Lotus Hill, KCB), by the stated bounds, which were named in the charter of his father Roland, in free, pure and perpetual alms, free and quit from all secular service, custom and exaction.
