Description
Roger de Quincy, earl of Winchester, constable of Scotland, noting that the canons of Dryburgh have been infeft in several lands, renders and holdings in diverse places in the earl’s feu, by many charters, he has granted, quitclaimed, and by the tenor of his present charter established, all donations and infeftments of lands, renders and holdings in his feu, which they have, according to the powers and articles contained in their charters.
