Description
M[alise], earl of Strathearn, has given, granted, and established by his charter, to Lady Mary his sister and her heirs, licence and power to search for and hold all neyfs justly pertaining to her lands of Strathy (PER) and Pairney (PER), wherever they may be found within his land, and return them to her lands in perpetuity and to serve Lady M[ary] and her heirs there, with all her goods and chattels and offspring. He firmly prohibits anyone from unjustly disturbing Lady M[ary] and her heirs, on pain of his full forfeiture.
