Description
Malise, earl of Strathearn, son and heir of Malise, late earl of Strathearn, has assigned to Inchaffray Abbey ten marks from his holding of Pitcairns (PER) annually on the two terminals, namely, Pentecost and Martinmas. He grants and firmly commands Macbethad son of Fearchar, his free tenant of the aforesaid holding and his heirs or assignees, to pay these to the abbot and canons or their assignees, and not the earl’s bailies.
