Description
Pope Alexander III writes to the archbishops, bishops and other prelates in the kingdom of the French, the English and the Scots, warning them to avoid associating with excommunicates, under pain of suspension and excommunication. Those penalties will hold until satisfaction is rendered to those by whom these were excommunicated.
