Description
Pope Urban III writes to Bishop Jocelin of Glasgow, and the abbots of Melrose, Newbattle and Dunfermline, noting the papal obligation to rectify anything that is inappropriate in any churches. He continues in a similar narrative as the above letter (2/133/10), and concludes by commanding the men to protect the bishop of Dunkeld's friends, relatives and possessions.
