Description
Pope Urban grants to the bishop of Glasgow that if patrons of churches over which he has control do not present rectors within three months of a vacancy, the bishop is allowed to install suitable persons. If someone is presented to the bishop by a patron, and is installed in a church, even if the patron loses his right of patronage the one presented cannot be removed at the instigation of someone else who controls the patronage.
