Description
Robert, prior of St Bees, with the common counsel of the chapter, has granted and given and by this present charter established to Hugh Malleverer [the right] to hold from the priory the saltworks that William de Heriz gave them [in Rainpatrick (lost, by Redkirk Point, DMF)] and by his charter established with all its pertinents and easements, for an annual render of 2 ½ s. on Pentecost for all service.
