Description
Pope Honorius III writes to the abbots and brethren of the Cistercian order concerning lands acquired in the year of the General Council which they had granted to others to improve. He directs that no one may presume to exact or extort teinds from lands of this sort if they are cultivated by their own hands or at their own expenses.
