Description
Malcolm, earl of Lennox, has given, and granted (for himself and on behalf of heirs), and by this his present writing established, to Sir Patrick of Graham and his heirs or assignees that the same Sir Patrick of Graham and his heirs or assignees should have and hold a prison and court for thieves and murderers, freely and quietly in the lands of ‘Mukkerach’ (Muckcroft, STL), ‘Auchincloich’ (DNB), Strathblane (STL), ‘Errachy’, ‘Arduly’, and ‘Corrercleath’, which they hold of the the earl.
