Description
Pope Innocent IV forbids that no archbishop or bishop shall presume to exact or extort anything from the churches belonging to the abbot and convent of Dunfermline, which are established in their diocese, by reason of dedications or consecrations, except procurations, since ecclesiastical sacraments may be free from being conferred. But they may expend these and other ecclesiastical sacraments that may be held by them, when required from Dunfermline.
