Description
Pope Gregory IX takes the abbot and convent of Dryburgh, their people and monastery into his protection and establishes especially the churches of Mertoun (BWK), Channelkirk (BWK), Saltoun (ELO), Kilrenny (FIF), Lanark (LAN), Lessudden (ROX), Sorbie (WIG), granted by the bishops of St Andrews, Glasgow and Whithorn, with the consent of their chapters.
