Description
Pope Honorius III takes the abbot and convent of Arbroath, their personae and the monastery with all its goods that they possess or in future will possess into his protection and establishes especially the churches of Turriff (ABD), Inverugie (ABD), Aberchirder (BNF), Haltwhistle (Northumberland), Monifieth (ANG), Abernethy (PER), Strathectyn (ANG), Murroes (ANG), Kirriemuir (ANG), and the lands of ‘Glaskeler’ (KCD), Kingledoors (PEB), the land between the Auchter and Calder Waters, the land of Boysack (ANG), all the wood of Trustach (KCD), one mark annually which Fergus, earl of Buchan, granted, a half mark annually in the fishing of Meikleour, and all the liberties and immunities which they have been granted by diocesan bishops, kings, earls and other men.
