Description
Pope Innocent IV indulges to the bishop and chapter of St Andrews in the kingdom of Scotland that they not be compelled to admit anyone as a canon or to the provision of another with regard to pensions or prebends, whether dignities or other ecclesiastical benefices, by the authority of the apostolic see or its legates, without making mention of this indulgence.
